We admit children from Playgroup through Grade 7, offering them a nurturing, Christ-centered foundation for growth. To begin the journey, simply complete the registration form and submit the required documents listed in our checklist. How to Apply
To enroll your child at Rasida School, which goes up to Grade 6, the application process begins with an initial inquiry submission through the school's website. This preliminary step allows the school to gather essential information about prospective students and their families. Following the online inquiry, the formal registration process requires an in-person visit to the school. During this visit, parents are expected to physically complete and submit a comprehensive registration form.
To finalize the admission, several mandatory documents must be presented. These include the child's original birth certificate along with a copy, and an updated immunization card. For identification purposes, two passport-sized photos are required for both the parent and the child, as well as copies of identification documents for both parents. A non-refundable application fee of Ksh. 1,000/= is also to be paid at this stage. The school emphasizes that all items on the attached checklist must be completed for the application to be processed. This comprehensive approach ensures that all necessary information and documentation are in place to facilitate a smooth admission process for your child at Rasida School.
Tuition
Upon formal registration at Rasida School, which caters to students up to Grade 6, parents will be provided with the comprehensive tuition and fees package. This detailed schedule, which is updated and issued at the close of each academic year, outlines all financial obligations associated with your child's enrollment. It is a fundamental policy of Rasida School that all approved school fees, as stipulated in this schedule, must be paid in full at the commencement of each school term. This upfront payment ensures the smooth operation of the school and the continued provision of quality education.
Furthermore, the fees package also itemizes optional fees for various elective activities. These electives, which enhance the learning experience, include services such as transport, swimming lessons, music lessons (encompassing piano, drums, and guitar), and art lessons. It is imperative that these optional fees are also settled in full at the beginning of the term if parents choose for their child to participate. The school's policy regarding any potential refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis, in consultation with the School Administration, and will be prorated based on the prevailing terms and conditions. It is also important to note that if a child is expelled from the school, no refund shall be made. This transparent approach ensures that parents are fully informed of all financial commitments before their child begins their educational journey at Rasida School.
